Prize Draw Next Gen Coffee Meet up

1. Eligibility– The prize draw is open to all registrants of the C2G 2024 Next Gen Coffee Meet up Package (the ‘Ticket’). Each person may enter the prize draw once only.

2. Prize– The prize to be awarded by The Law Association consists of: One ticket to the Chief Justice Breakfast event, to take place in Wellington on 4 July 2024, and one return flight to Wellington from an airport in New Zealand (if the winner resides outside the Wellington region), to attend the breakfast: and 1 night’s accommodation at a hotel (hotel to be chosen by The Law Association) in Wellington, to attend the breakfast.

The total value of the prize will not exceed $1000 (inc GST).

There will only be one winner.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

3. Entry Period– To be eligible for entry, the “ticket” must have been purchased by Wednesday 15 May 2024 before 4.30 pm.

4. Prize draw date and notification– The prize draw will take place on Friday 17 May, at the Cradle to Grave (C2G) conference, and the winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. The Law Association will attempt to contact the winner via email or phone within three (3) business days of the prize draw date, if the registrant is not present in the room.

5. Public announcement– The winner’s name and firm may be announced on The Law Association’s official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms.

6. Data Usage– By participating in this prize draw, participants agree to allow The Law Association to use their name, firm, and image in marketing and promotional materials, should they be the winner. Personal data collected from all participants will be used only for the purpose of the prize draw and the data will not be shared with third parties without express consent.

7. General conditions- The Law Association reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these prize draw terms and conditions. The Law Association’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final and binding.

8. Amendments– The Law Association reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at its own discretion.
