Tiffany is
a Senior Legal Counsel (Property) at Auckland Council and was admitted to the
High Court in 2018 after completing her law degree at AUT in 2017. She worked
in private practice for a number of years before moving to an in-house role,
this provided her with expertise in various transactional areas of law,
including Property Law, Commercial Law, and Private Client matters.

Since her admission in 2013, Yvonne has practiced as an employed barrister, barrister (sole) and as a solicitor and Crown prosecutor at Meredith Connell. Yvonne returned to the independent bar in 2020, practicing as a barrister from Shortland Chambers. She now acts in a range of criminal and civil proceedings with a particular interest in fraud, regulatory prosecutions, proceeds of crime and disciplinary proceedings.

Originally from Christchurch, Kiri studied science in Dunedin before moving to Auckland.  While working for various Government Departments, Kiri completed her Law Degree at AUT in 2016.

Prior to joining McVeagh Fleming, Kiri worked in the litigation team at another firm for four years specialising in contentious care of children proceedings and civil litigation. Kiri joined McVeagh Fleming's Relationship Property Team in 2022 working on care of children matters and relationship property disputes.

Hannah Wilson

Hannah has over a decade's experience advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, complex commercial contracting, joint venture and shareholder arrangements. Hannah returned to Russell McVeagh in January 2022 after an extended period at global law firm Hogan Lovells, where she gained particular experience working on strategic transactions for clients in the life sciences and automotive industries. 

Annelise Chan

Annelise is a Prosecutor at the Manukau Crown. Before working at Kayes Fletcher Walker, she was a Judges’ Clerk at the Auckland District Court. While studying, she was a law clerk for a criminal defence barrister and worked in general practice.
