Reid is a Registered Valuer and a Director at Seagars (Auckland). He has 30 years of experience completing rental valuations and appearing as an expert witness for arbitrations on commercial & industrial rents, as well as ground rents, in Auckland City. Reid also accepts appointments as an arbitrator or third expert. He has written professional articles and presented lectures on a range of lease-related topics for the University of Auckland, Massey University, The Law Association (formerly ADLS), WDLS, and the Property Institute of NZ.

Michelle is a Partner at Dentons Kensington Swan with over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, with particular expertise in commercial leasing. She acts for a broad range of clients including multi-national corporates and businesses with extensive leasing portfolios.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was selected to join a small working group advising the New Zealand Government and property lawyers on commercial leasing issues. 

Michelle is a guest lecturer at the University of Auckland for the Bachelor of Property program, and she also contributes regularly to the New Zealand Law Society's 'The Property Lawyer' magazine on commercial leasing topics.
